Has the origin of the third-family fermion masses been determined?

A bstract Precision measurements of the Higgs couplings are, for first time, directly probing mechanism fermion mass generation. The purpose this work is to determine what extent these can distinguish between tree-level Standard Model and theoretically motivated alternative radiative Focusing on third-family, we classify minimal one-loop models find that they fall into two general classes. By exploring several benchmark in detail, demonstrate a origin tau-lepton bottom-quark masses consistent with current observations. While future colliders will not be able rule out origin, probe interesting regions parameter space.
